How you can pay

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed through Shopify's checkout. Your payment details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

Currency

Prices for UK customers are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The exact amount you pay, including delivery, is always displayed before you confirm your order.

Billing questions

If you see an unexpected charge, need a copy of your receipt, or have any billing question, email support@velrani.uk with your order number and we'll resolve it.
